COVID-19

In light of the ongoing situation related to COVID-19, I wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking to ensure we can continue to support all of our clients and partners during this time.

Our focus remains on providing a premium service to our clients while also protecting the well-being of our employees. With this in mind, we have decided to follow our Contingency Plan and ask our employees to work from home as a precautionary measure to both protect their health and to ensure the continued running of the business with minimal interruption. As a predominantly online business, this should have a negligible affect on our ability to operate and Platform One’s working hours will remain 8:30am – 5pm and our full team will be available to assist you.

If your enquiry is urgent and you cannot get through to us on the phone please send an email to clientservices@platform1online.com. We will respond to your emails as soon as possible.

If you have sent items via post including cheques, these will continue to be processed however there may be a slight delay. If possible, we recommend sending funds via bank transfer as this is a more efficient and faster method of allocating client monies appropriately. For further information on this please contact our team.
